记者从阿里巴巴集团了解到,“参聚险”是一个针对聚划算保证金开发的保险产品。按照惯例,商家在参加聚划算的时候,需要冻结一笔保证金,而现在 商家购买“参聚险”就能替代了,费率是0.3%。打个比方,某商家原来参加聚划算要冻结10万商品保证金,选择参保“参聚险”后保费最低只需300元。如 果是要缴纳50万商品保证金,“参聚险”的保费最高也只需1500元。“聚划算”相关负责人解释,参加“聚划算”活动要求缴纳10到50万不等的保证金, 这些保证金在参团结束后15到30天内是被冻结且无法使用的。目的是为了保障消费者权益,一旦发生卖家未履行《消费者保障服务协议》等情况,就能动用保证 金赔付。而商家参保“参聚险”后,支付少额保费就可达到冻结保证金的同等效果。倘若商家违约,则由保险公司来赔付。这个险推出时希望帮助卖家,把资金投入 到更好的生产和技术改进中,给买家提供更好的服务,让买家得到更多的实惠。

天猫的自由部落旗舰店掌柜陈先生已体验了“参聚险”。“资金周转没压力了。”陈先生解释,原先他家男装参加“聚划算”,如果连着抢拍到排期很近 的“聚划算”活动,资金就转不动了。以“聚划算”商品销售位押金50万为例,男装类押金需押上21天,这21天内如果有新商品的销售位,就得想方设法再凑 50万。贷款的话,短期贷款成本高,一次最省也得3000到4000元利息,银行贷款还得凑时间,流程多又麻烦。有了“参聚险”,50万押金用1500元 保费就能解决问题,保险费比利息还便宜一大半。据了解,该险推出一周多时间,已有500多天猫卖家投保600多单参聚险,投保额超过亿元。

风险控制依靠大数据

由保险公司为众多电商做担保,最让人关心的是,风控如何处理?近日,“聚划算”相关人员告诉记者,此前,众安保险就在阿里巴巴推出以保代费的 “众乐宝”,该保险公司对互联网金融操作还是颇为熟悉的。这次,保险公司选择的是天猫上的商家,这批商家能参加“聚划算”,本身也具有很好的实力与良好的 信用。在“聚划算”平台,阿里巴巴利用大数据,对商家的信用、竞争力等都可通过数据预估,包括销售量等也可以估算。要掌握这些数据,这对传统保险公司来 说,尚有些难度。他透露,“聚划算”汇聚大批优质卖家,面临资金挤占压力比小卖家更突出,对资金流渴求,“参聚险”正是众安保险在收集阿里平台方面数据和 卖家需求后,在“众乐宝”基础上优化并针对聚划算卖家量身定制的。

众安保险相关负责人表示,“参聚险”目前尚处在试运营阶段,将选择店铺经营数据和信用好的卖家逐步开放,产品一期面向天猫卖家,符合条件的商家,将在后台看到“参聚险”入口。事实上,大数据正日益成为阿里巴巴的核心优势。
