Chicago Bears rookie quarterback Mitchell Trubisky tried on Wednesday to pump the brakes on the continued hysteria surrounding his preseason debut.

截止2013年底,扭转了石家庄市制酒厂生产经营的不利局面,结束了企业长达12年的亏损,实现销售收入3115万元,同比增长82.9%,实现利润3.6万元,职工工资同比上涨15%。主要做法概括起来就是“三个坚定不移”:

一、坚定不移地提升产品品质,增强企业核心竞争力

面对全国全省重点骨干白酒企业销售和利润“双下降”的严峻形势,以马靖为厂长、党委书记的石家庄市制酒厂新班子树立了“以质量求生存”的管理理念,加大产品研发力度,强化技术创新,不断提升产品品质,提高市场和消费者对产品的认可度。一是从酒体酒感入手抓好产品质量提升。酒体酒感是酒类消费者认可的基础,聘请了省内行业专家,对原有酒体的各项指标挑毛病、提意见,有针对性地进行整改。经过反复试验和技术创新,2013年8月,新品酒体的酒样在十余位专家的盲品评比中脱颖而出,得到了行业内专家的高度认可;二是更新窖池窖泥,扩大窖池数量,从最基础环节上提高酒的品质。2013年以来,宝德公司投资数十万元更换了新的优质窖泥,增加窖池130个,扩大了产量,提高了酒质。目前,酒池数量达到191个,一级酒率达到56%以上,优级酒率达到21%以上;三是改进工艺,确保产品质量。从灌装到包装多个环节购置先进的生产设备,使酒体的净化水平达到了前所未有的高水平。增加多个产品检验工序和环节,质量追踪明确到班组、到个人,产品投诉基本杜绝。通过以上三项基础性工作,确保了产品的品质和质量。

二、坚定不移地树立品牌意识,促进企业持续健康发展

石家庄市制酒厂建厂66年来,曾有过近百种品牌商标,大多都维持几年甚至一两年就在市场上销声匿迹了。如何打造一个能够代表“公营开国酿酒第一家”和省会形象的白酒品牌是企业树立形象的关键所在。宝德公司从挖掘酒厂历史价值入手,着眼于树立省会品牌形象,结合河北省和石家庄的传统文化,对原有的产品商标进行了梳理整合,在国家工商总局成功注册“冀窖”和“石门老窖”两个商标,既反映了河北和地方特色,又传承了浓香型白酒典范。2013年底,以“冀窖”品牌生产的两款 “52度华礼珍藏”和39度产品在河北省白酒行业评比中荣获“河北省优秀产品称号”。新品牌的创立为石家庄市制酒厂的发展带来了新的机遇和生机活力。

三、坚定不移地拓展营销渠道,提升产品市场占有率

“酒香不怕巷子深”的传统观念在近一两年的白酒市场上遇到了空前的挑战。中国一线白酒生产企业不断加大依靠国内主流媒体的宣传推广力度,以视听的立体宣传方式植入广告产品。对电视、广播等现代宣传推广媒介的应用上说,石家庄市制酒厂的支出基本上为零,这就使消费者无法认知企业和产品。针对这种局面,一是充分挖掘和依靠宝德公司的客户资源,先后在省电视台投放“冀窖”产品广告、在高档社区移动灯箱广告滚动播出“冀窖”产品,加大对新品的宣传力度;二是依靠宝德公司积累的媒体资源推广“冀窖”产品。石家庄日报、河北青年报多次以整版或者大篇幅对企业历史现状、专家先进人物采访、新产品登陆宣传等多视角进行报道,河北新闻门户网站“长城网”,以网络的形式对进行宣传。这些宣传推广,唤起了消费者对我们酒厂和产品的关心关注,提升了冀窖的社会知名度和美誉度。

通过“提品质、树品牌、促营销”等有效措施,石家庄市制酒厂形象、品牌知名度均有不同程度的提高,摆脱了企业“有产品,无品牌;有历史,无文化;有包装,无形象;有销量,无市场”的局面,“冀窖”品牌形象逐步确立,生产设备和工艺得到改善,企业管理更加规范和科学,发展的目标更加清晰明确。
